Hello, fellow officers, cadets! I, cadet of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, ordinary police officer of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akhmetov Damir Adebiyetovich, would like to congratulate all employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on this significant date - the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh police.

In 1992, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the first normative legal act, defined the most important tasks and the most significant functions of our valiant and courageous Kazakh police, adopting the law "On Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The heroism, dedication, courage and loyalty of the employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan have earned the highest ratings of the leadership of our state. Over the 25 years of the country's independence, more than 900 employees have been awarded state awards for their conscientious work and bravery in the line of duty, 95 of them posthumously. Veterans of the internal affairs bodies, as well as those who gave their lives for the sake of our safety and tranquility in peacetime, earned the respect of the people by showing loyalty to their cause, the state and the people. Employees of the internal affairs bodies face large-scale state tasks and functions, and society imposes huge demands that are fulfilled by police officers in a timely manner and with high quality. After all, for each of them, protecting the legality and interests of every citizen of our country is a favorite thing for which they devote their whole lives!

We are eternally grateful to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leadership of the Kostanay, Almaty, Karaganda Academies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the opportunity to study at one of the best educational institutions for the training of future specialists in the field of internal affairs - in Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation named after V.Ya.Kikot.
