On March 5-6, 2016, the Academy's sports complex hosted a regional volleyball tournament among law enforcement agencies dedicated to International Women's Day on March 8. 4 teams took part in the tournament. The 2nd year girls' national team became the winner of the tournament for the second time, beating the DYNAMO national team in the final. In the match for the third place, the DUIS and the TEACHER teams met, in which the guests turned out to be stronger. Sambetova Zauresh from the Academy team, Khabzullina Aida, Nester Violetta, representatives of the DUIS team in Kostanay region were recognized as the best players of the tournament. All winners and prize-winners were awarded with cups and medals of the regional council of the FSO "Dynamo". The team of champions was prepared by Gennady Nikolaevich Kruglik, a teacher of the BiFP Department, Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
