Dear colleagues!

This year, the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev celebrates its 45th anniversary.Over the years, a lot of work has been done to develop the university, and this is an undoubted merit of our team. The Academy annually replenishes the law enforcement system of Kazakhstan with legally literate, educated in the spirit of service to the Motherland specialists who are able to fulfill their tasks. The success and achievements in the field of international cooperation are an indicator of the versatility and comprehensiveness of the Academy's activities. Since 2006, the Academy has been fruitfully cooperating with the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia: employees and students participate in various scientific events held by our universities, in the retraining and advanced training program; articles by representatives of educational institutions are published in the scientific journals "Gylym" and "Bulletin of the Samara Law Institute". I have no doubt that the leadership of the Academy and the teaching staff are able to increase the dynamics of their development, make a worthy contribution to the development and implementation of long-term scientific, theoretical and practical programs that ensure the improvement of the vocational education system. Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the significant anniversary of the Academy!
