Your educational institution has a rich history. The Academy has gone from an inter-regional school of initial training of junior and middle managers, established in 1971, to a modern, dynamically developing educational institution of the higher education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today, the Academy is one of the leading universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over 800 cadets, students, and trainees study at the educational institution, most of whom, after graduation, successfully apply their knowledge and skills in practical activities in various fields of law enforcement and public service. Many famous scientists, heads of legislative and executive bodies of state power, including heads of various levels of law enforcement agencies and institutions, came out of the walls of the university. Thanks to the efforts of the management and the teaching staff, the educational institution has created a modern educational, methodological, research and material and technical base. A highly professional team of employees constantly introduces modern educational technologies and methodological developments into the educational process, which make it possible to successfully solve the tasks of high-quality training of qualified specialists for law enforcement agencies of the country. Currently, the Academy is a leading scientific center not only of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also of the country as a whole, and the scientific schools formed at the Academy adequately present research results at international, national and regional conferences, symposiums, forums, seminars. We are grateful to you for the business and friendly relations that have been linking the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev and our educational institution for many years and allow us to successfully resolve issues related to improving the education and training of future law enforcement officers.
