I am convinced that no diploma will replace the school of life. Such a school for me was the period of study at the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 1996 to 2000. I was very lucky to have teachers. At that time, a really highly professional teaching staff was selected. The management and teachers literally put their soul into us, taking care that we not only automatically memorize important knowledge, but could apply it in the practice of life and profession.

It is difficult for me to single out someone personally, but I am grateful to everyone who has met me on the path of life. Of course, the staff of the institute gave us exactly as much as we were ready to learn, but even this small part was enough to successfully apply them in life.

Conditions were created at the institute for the development of the foundation laid by my parents, I was taught to bear difficulties with dignity, properly allocate precious time, prioritize life and profession, carry out current and strategic planning, and remain a person in any situation.

The fateful event during this period was the decision of the institute's management to include me and other students in the teaching reserve and send them to study at the full-time adjunct of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Fate smiled on me there again - I met people from whom I learned a lot. I consider it a rare piece of luck to get acquainted with the world-famous Kazakh scientist Sultan Sartaev. It was only thanks to his invaluable scientific guidance that the thesis defense became a reality in 2006. I repeat, I am grateful to life for the opportunity to work with a master, a legend of Russian jurisprudence.

The skills of public communication and public speaking were laid down in the process of both planned and optional classes. For example, I really remember the participation in the School of a young lecturer for the legal education of secondary school students in the city, where we excitedly spoke to schoolchildren on legal topics. It was a time of active self-improvement, character rebooting, victories and defeats.

Thanks to the qualities polished at the Institute and mature knowledge, I was lucky enough to participate in the preparation of several bills within the walls of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, I continue to work for the benefit of our Motherland at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I like the theory of eco-friendly relationships. If we pay more attention to each other, we will be able to exchange positive qualities and the world will become a better place.

I thank the leaders, teachers, mentors for their invaluable knowledge and experience! Parents, brothers and spouse – for unconditional faith and support!
