The "Golden Book" of our educational institution is established for the purpose of public recognition of the personal merits of cadets who have managed to achieve special success in the field of intellectual, creative, sports, scientific achievements at the national and foreign levels.

"Golden Youth" is a shining example for many young cadets of our educational institution. Among the laureates of the book there are scientists and athletes, creative personalities and youth leaders. All these guys and girls, with their selfless, painstaking work to study, talent, achievements, deserve to be on the list of the "Golden Book of the Academy" and worthily represent our educational institution in various fields of activity.

To date, the names of 26 cadets have already been inscribed in the "Golden Book of the Academy", which dates back to 2005.

In 2007, Natalia Moshchenko, a former cadet of the Faculty of full-time education, was listed in the "Golden Book" of our educational institution, as one of the bright personalities who actively participated in research, creative, and sports activities of our university.

She is really the pride of our educational institution. Natalia successfully combined her studies with research, educational work and sports life. We can safely say about her that she is "an excellent student, an athlete, and just a beauty."

Shcherbakova (Moshchenko) Natalia Alexandrovna entered the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2003, in 2007 she graduated with honors from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the ranking of cadets of the Faculty of full-time education, Natalia took the 1st place in terms of studies.

Here are some of Natalia's memories from cadet life...

"The first head of the course was Kulmukhamedov Bauyrzhan Bayanovich, all the course management was competent and professional, because in order to mold future police officers from schoolchildren, it takes a lot of patience. For 4 years, they became our second parents, counselors, and educators.

The educational institution gave me fundamental knowledge, taught me to be strong, successful and purposeful. I often think of our excellent teachers, such as Vidershpan Alexander Valeryanovich Simonova Yulia Ivanovna, Kupchak Lyubov Mikhailovna, Mukhtabayeva Raigul Kurmanovna, Bukhmetova Zhanar Saimovna, Kozhmukhamedova Gulmira Bisimbaevna and many others. The teaching staff has invested a lot of knowledge of jurisprudence. It was interesting not only in the classroom, we were constantly studying, whether it was a lecture group or various electives. While studying at the institute, I attended the School of a young lecturer. An initiative group of cadets of our course, represented by Bazarbayev Nariman, Zhakin Askhat, Bolotsky Andrey, under the leadership of Shagatayeva Zauresh Zharasbaevna, visited secondary schools in the city, where we told students the basics of law, held various Olympiads.

During her studies at the Institute, she was a member of the Student Scientific Society, which united cadets who were actively engaged in research work.

She has repeatedly participated in various scientific conferences, seminars, Olympiads held by universities of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries. In the competition of scientific papers among special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was the winner and prize-winner.

She took an active part in the sports and social life of the Institute. So, in 2007 she was awarded the title of "Miss CUI 2007".

After graduation, she was appointed to the post of inspector of the Department of the State Security Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region. Currently, with the rank of police major, I work at the Headquarters of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region.

I participate in the sports life of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region, I have repeatedly become a champion among the employees of the region in shooting from service weapons. In 2008, she participated in the republican shooting championship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a member of the national DIA of the region.

Within the walls of the institute, she met her future husband, Vladimir Shcherbakov. Now we are both employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region, we are raising two children.

The Institute taught us everything we need in life, brought up moral qualities and gave us the best during our studies.

In the jubilee year, I wish the entire staff of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev further creative success, and the cadets are proud that they had the opportunity to study at such an educational institution and make every effort to acquire professional knowledge and skills during training in order to adequately apply them in practice."
