For the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh police: professional skills competition

This year has become an anniversary for the employees of the internal affairs bodies - the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh police. Events dedicated to this date are taking place throughout the republic. Kostanay Academy has planned more than 100 different image events – meetings with veterans of the Department of Internal Affairs, round tables, debate tournaments, sports competitions.

The competition of professional skills among students of advanced training courses is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh police. The initiator of the competition was the head of the Academy, Mirlan Akhmedievich Kyzylov.

The competition has become one of the forms of improving the professional training of students of advanced training courses, as well as assessing the level of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for an employee of the internal affairs bodies to effectively perform their official duties.

Probation service employees have passed 5 stages in accordance with the Regulations on the professional skills competition:  knowledge of normative legal acts concerning the main directions of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of improving law enforcement activities; knowledge of the material part of the Makarov pistol (PM) and the implementation of the practical part of fire training; compliance with standards for physical training; solving tasks and practical tasks, resolving typical and atypical situations in the activities of police officers

Throughout the week, the students went through the stages of the competition every day. They rejoiced at the victories and were saddened by the failures. The result of the event was the presentation of diplomas, letters of thanks and gifts to the best employees.

For high results and for active participation in the stages of the professional skills competition, they were awarded the Diploma:

Stage "Testing of listeners on knowledge of issues related to the main stages of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of improving law enforcement activities, taking into account changes and additions to the current legislation, normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

- Captain of Justice Medybayeva Anara Yesentasovna, head of the probation department of the Karabalyk district of the DUIS in the Kostanay region;

- Captain of Justice Shaimerdenov Sagyndyk Galikhanovich, head department of probation service of Uzunkolsky district of the DUIS in Kostanay region.

Stage "Testing of trainees of advanced training courses on knowledge of the material part of the Makarov pistol (PM); completion by trainees of advanced training courses of the practical part of fire training":

- Captain of Justice Arinov Zhasulan Kakharmanovich, senior inspector of the probation service of the Auyezovsky district of Moscow Semey DUIS in the East Kazakhstan region;

- Captain of Justice Medybayeva Anara Yesentasovna, head of the probation department of the Karabalyk district DUIS in the Kostanay region;

- Captain of Justice Shaimerdenov Sagyndyk Galikhanovich, Head of the Probation service department of Uzunkolsky district of the DUIS in Kostanay region.

Stage "Determination of the level of physical fitness of students of advanced training courses":

- Senior Lieutenant of Justice Esmagulov Kanat Baltabaevich, inspector of the probation department of the Akkayinsky district DUIS in the North Kazakhstan region;

- Captain of Justice Kira Ravilyevna Musatayeva, senior inspector of the probation service of the DUIS in the East Kazakhstan region.

Awarded with Diplomas and prizes for high performance in the competition of professional skills of students of advanced training courses:

for the first place – Captain of justice Medybayeva Anara Yesentasovna, head of the probation department of the Karabalyk district of the DUIS in the Kostanay region;

for the second place – captain justice Shaimerdenov Sagyndyk Galikhanovich, head of the probation service department of Uzunkol district of the DUIS in Kostanay region;

for the III place – Captain of Justice Kira Ravilyevna Musatayeva, Senior inspector of the probation service of the DUIS in the East Kazakhstan region.

For active participation in the public life of the Academy and conducting classes with a practical focus of learning, they were awarded Letters of thanks:

- Senior Lieutenant of Justice Altybaev Almat Salauatovich, inspector of the probation department of the Kobdinsky district of the DUIS in the Aktobe region;

- Captain of Justice Medybaeva Anara Yesentasovna, Head of the probation service department of the Karabalyk district of the DUIS in the Kostanay region;

- Captain of Justice Kira Ravilyevna Musatayeva, senior inspector of the probation service of the DUIS in the East Kazakhstan region.

The conducted professional skills competition has achieved its goal - stimulating the interest of students in continuous professional development, updating theoretical knowledge and acquiring practical skills.

The assessment of the activities of the Academy staff and the professional skills competition were the words of the trainees of the advanced training courses: "Thank you. You are professionals!"
