On January 5, 2024, the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev accepted the challenge "Help those who are on the road" from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Kostanay region. Today, the Kostanay Academy handed over this challenge to the Department of the Penal Enforcement System in the Kostanay region.
