Choosing a profession in adolescence is not only a young person's own decision, but also the competent influence of adults on him. Deputy head of the Department of Physical Training of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, Police Lieutenant Colonel Serik Syzdykov and retired Lieutenant Colonel Bagdat Utenov, a teacher of the Department of Physical Training, met with graduates of a number of secondary schools in the Karasu district in order to conduct career guidance.
