Representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan donated several copies of S.Smagulova's book "Kemel Tokayev" to the library of the Kostanay Academy. This documentary story is dedicated to the biography of the famous Kazakhstani writer-front-line soldier, the founder of the detective genre in Kazakh literature, publicist and public figure Kemel Tokayev. Knowledge of the history and biography of famous figures for the younger generation is not only informative, but also of great educational importance.
