In the reading room of the Academy library, on the eve of the Nauryz spring holiday, a book exhibition "Nauryz ayy kelgende ..." has been decorated. The readers are offered publications about the history of the origin and formation of the equinox holiday among the peoples of the East, about the traditions and customs of ethnic groups inhabiting the Republic of Kazakhstan. The literature on the role and significance of the celebration of Nauryz as a factor contributing to the unity and interaction of the peoples living in our country is vividly presented. The exhibition showcases books, albums, photographic materials and articles from periodicals.
