On April 12, 2024, in connection with the celebration of the Day of Science Workers, the annual international scientific conference of young scientists, undergraduates and doctoral students "Kabylbaev Readings" was held at the Academy. At the conference, novice scientists, doctoral students, undergraduates taking their first steps into big science have the opportunity not only to make presentations, but also to acquire new knowledge necessary for their professional activities. Representatives of partner universities of Russia made welcoming speeches via videoconference: Vladimir Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Kirov Institute for Advanced Training of Employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. During the conference, the results of the "Scientist of the Year-2024" competition were announced. The winner of the competition was awarded with a diploma of the 1st degree – Lieutenant Colonel of the police Mukanov M., diploma of the 2nd degree – senior lieutenant of the police Brimzhanova S., diploma of the 3rd degree – lieutenant Colonel of the police Fedotova E., as well as for high results in research work, diplomas of the head of the Academy were awarded to: Edresov S., Khakimov E., Smyshlyaev A., Kalkamanuly D., Alimpiev A., Konvisar A., Bargarinov A., Mukazhanov A.
