Employees of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, Vice-Colonel of Police Ruslan Auzhanov, head of the Department of Educational and Personnel Work, Senior Lieutenant Altynbek Bekbauov, lecturer of the Department of Penal Enforcement Law, took advanced training courses for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the topic: "Tactical actions of the personnel of the Department of Internal Affairs to localize mass riots in public places (in institutions of the penal enforcement system)." The educational and thematic plan of the program included the study of such sections as: typical methods of action of the Department of Internal Affairs in special events to curb mass riots in public places, the use of profiling technologies during investigative activities, and many others. At the end of the courses, a solemn ceremony of awarding certificates of advanced training with the participation of the university management was held, where specialists from Kazakhstan had the opportunity To thank our Russian colleagues for the warm welcome and positive exchange of experience.
