The Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev hosted an international scientific and theoretical conference on "Science through the eyes of youth" with the participation of students of the Kostanay branch of ChelSU and cadets of the Kostanay Academy, where topical issues of theory and practice of state and legal development of Kazakhstan were discussed. Following the results of the conference, students and cadets were awarded diplomas and certificates on behalf of the head of the Kostanay Academy, Police Major General Akynkali Darmenov.
