Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Candidate of Law, Police Colonel Akimzhanov E.S. in August this year published a monograph on the topic: "Administrative and legal protection from domestic violence in the Republic of Kazakhstan." This valuable work was donated to the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbayeva. In his monograph, the author deeply analyzes both theoretical and practical aspects of administrative and legal protection from domestic violence in Kazakhstan. He shares his own vision of the existing problems in law enforcement practice and scientific discourse, as well as offers sound recommendations and ways to improve in this important area.
