Leadership lectures

In the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, within the framework of the project "Leadership Lectures", the 1st year cadets of the Faculty of Vocational Training met with Doctor of Law, Professor Aydarkan Baydekovich Skakov. During the meeting, the professor shared his scientific achievements and work experience. He also spoke about current trends in the development of criminal policy.
