A solemn event

A solemn event dedicated to November 1, the date of foundation of the educational institution, was held at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This day has been celebrated for many years as a celebration of veterans of the Academy, who stood at the origins of its formation. The Kostanay inter-regional school of initial training of junior and middle command staff was established in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR dated November 1, 1971 No. 0278. From this historical date, the countdown begins for a modern higher departmental educational institution — the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbayeva. The solemn event was opened by the acting head of the Kostanay Academy, Police Lieutenant Colonel Seilkhan Zholdaskaliyev, who congratulated the personnel and veterans of the Academy. In his speech, he stressed that the Academy is a real forge of personnel for law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan and continues the glorious traditions laid down by veterans. Our valiant veterans of the Academy also addressed the audience with warm words. The event continued with musical congratulations from the university cadets. At the end of the meeting, a collective photo was taken as a keepsake, and wishes of health, well-being and happiness were expressed to all participants of the celebration.
