The staff of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are not only highly qualified specialists, but also actively participate in the work of dissertation councils. Thus, the head of the Department of Operational Investigative Activities (ORD) of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, Candidate of Law and police Lieutenant Colonel Aslan Bargarinov, as well as a teacher of the same department, Candidate of Law Gulnara Abdirova, acted as official reviewers at a meeting of the dissertation council at the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after Barimbek Beisenov.
