Congratulations!

Today, at the morning formation, a well-deserved award was presented to our athlete, 2nd year cadet of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Toleubai Arai. She won the 2nd place at the Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan in sambo and combat sambo among adults in the weight of 59 kg, held in the city of Semey. Congratulations to Toleybay Arai on his victory!
