Opening of the Dissertation Council

For the first time, the Kostanay Academy hosted a meeting of the dissertation council for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), which was attended by leading experts from both Kazakhstan and abroad in the field of law enforcement. As part of the grand opening of the Dissertation Council, the Academy's reading room was named after Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Aidarkhan Baydekovich Skakov. The solemn event began with the symbolic cutting of the ribbon. Statesman of the Republic of Kazakhstan Toktarbai Kadambayev and Professor Aidarkhan Skakov addressed the participants of the meeting with congratulatory words and wishes for fruitful work to the dissertation council.
