As part of the republican campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", cadets of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev helped to clear snow from the yard of the veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs V.A. Grushkovsky. Vitaly Anatolyevich devoted more than 30 years of his life to the cause of service in the internal affairs bodies. The veteran is currently on well-deserved rest.
