Within the framework of the Leadership Lectures project, the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted a meeting with Professor Kanat Sametovich Lakbaev, Professor of the Department of Operational Investigative Activities of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beisenov, Doctor of Law, Professor. Professor Kanat Lakbayev focused the attention of the students of the initial professional training courses on the importance of the legal consequences of operational investigative activities and the protection of human rights. Also during the meeting, our guest shared his rich experience with the listeners, who were able to ask all relevant and interesting questions.
