Victory Day - 80 years old

On May 9, on Victory Day, the leadership and personnel of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in a flower–laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame in the Victory Park of Kostanay.
