A training seminar was held at the Academy

A training seminar on "Rehabilitation of those convicted of extremist and terrorist crimes: theoretical and practical aspects" was held at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The speaker of the event, Associate Professor of the Department of Penal Enforcement Law Myrzabek Tuiganov, spoke for the staff of the DUIS, imams of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kostanay region and theologians of the Department of Religious Affairs. Special attention is paid to real-world cases: the training participants practiced methods to expand tunnel thinking and discredit radical forms of perception of personality and the world around them.
