I had the great honor to convey greetings on behalf of law enforcement officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Myanmar (Burma) to the staff of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the eve of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the educational institution. Even if the countries are completely different, the main activities of the police, the duties performed by law enforcement officers, such as protecting the legitimate interests of citizens and law enforcement, remain the same. I would like to convey my warm wishes of success, further prosperity and health to the head of the Kostanay Academy, all employees and their family members. I hope that the Academy will continue to successfully train highly qualified police officers in the future.
