A graduate of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev today wears the shoulder straps of a colonel. Lyudmila Nikolaevna holds the position of Deputy head of the Investigative Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region, and recently she was appointed to the position of acting head of the operational and forensic Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region. Today we will tell you about the path of our heroine, a graduate cadet. Initially, when choosing a name, she was destined for a police career. The name was chosen for more than a month. Only after the family council – through a "lottery", the aunt of the newborn pulled out a piece of paper with the name Lyudmila from her father's police cap. "Initially, I was predicted the fate of a law enforcement officer," says Lyudmila Nikolaevna. Lyudmila Garashova was born in the village of Zatobolsk, Kostanay region, in the family of a local police inspector Nikolai Nikolaevich and an employee of the penitentiary system Evdokia Petrovna. Since childhood, parents have brought up a personality in their two daughters. The opinion of children has always been taken into account, which is probably why Lyudmila and Tatiana have achieved a lot in life. A high-quality foundation and upbringing were laid in their fate. Lyudmila Nikolaevna grew up to the delight of her family, showed excellent results in her studies and sports. Daughters were taught to tell only the truth. The father of the family served in the internal affairs bodies for more than 25 years, throughout his career, senior police lieutenant Nikolai Nikolaevich worked at the forefront – as a rural precinct officer of various districts. Since Lyudmila was very active and capable, her parents felt that it was better for the girl to get an education at a specialized gymnasium in Rudny with a humanitarian bias, so from the 6th grade she began to live independently. During her school years, Lyudmila took up athletics, she had no equal in running and jumping, and took prizes. She was also a member of the Kazakhstan National Rugby union team. In 2013, a rugby team was created in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region, the head of which was appointed Lyudmila Nikolaevna. After a short period of time, Kostanay police officers appeared on the podium, having won prizes at the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, several participants joined the national team of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 17 rugby players received the title of masters of sports, some of them went to competitions in Malaysia. Usually, athletic children were given difficult school subjects, which is not to say about Lyudmila. Although Lyudmila Nikolaevna left her parents' home early, she still believes that her current self, becoming a person, is largely due to her father's upbringing. "He was an authority figure for us. Dad took me to the first grade, Dad went to parent-teacher conferences," says the colonel. After graduating from high school, Lyudmila did not have a dilemma with choosing a profession. Athletic, combative character, bad weather, adult thinking .... and father's blessing, all roads led to the Kostanay police school. Even the persuasions of the coaches to make a sports career did not change the girl's decision. In 1995, Lyudmila became a cadet at the secondary special police school. She chose a specialization appropriate to her character – criminal law. A strong police school represented by teachers: police Colonel Yuri Grigoryevich Siminin, an experienced criminologist Alexei Mikhailovich Zhemchuzhnikov and others. Lyudmila Nikolaevna is very grateful to the specialists of law who have invested their knowledge and shared their experience. Upon graduation, Lyudmila Garashova was sent to the Rudnensky police Department as an investigator, where she completed criminal cases for three years. In 2000, she transferred to the regional center. In Kostanay, the investigator's job had to be changed to the position of legal adviser at the headquarters of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region (now the Department of Internal Affairs of the region), later an independent legal department was formed from the legal group. It was Lyudmila Garashova who stood at the origins of the formation of a legal unit in the ATS system. "The need to create this service was dictated by modern requirements," Lyudmila Nikolaevna believes. The main job of a legal adviser is to resolve legal situations that arise almost every day in all areas of the Department of Internal Affairs. "Therefore, our lawyers must have a number of personal qualities: a clear position, comprehensive theoretical knowledge, professional experience, objectivity, high competence and efficiency," says the police colonel.. Knowledge alone is not enough for the legal profession. In addition, he must have practical skills and abilities: preparation of legal documents, public speaking, meetings, conversations, other forms of communication with the public, use automated information systems for legal purposes. The need for knowledge of the basics of legal technology is singled out separately, since this is evidence, first of all, of the depth of professional training. The knowledge gained at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been useful in practice. Later, in connection with the reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the decertification of the legal department, Lyudmila Nikolaevna was offered the position of deputy head of the Investigative Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region. Colonel Garashova continued to support her native legal department for several years, educating young people. In July 2016, Police Colonel L. Garashova was appointed acting head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Kostanay region. "The team of criminologists is very strong, experienced employees serve, professionals in their field," Lyudmila Nikolaevna shares her first impressions, "we worked with many in the investigation, crossed paths on duty." In conclusion, Lyudmila Nikolaevna wished the current cadets of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev patience, loyalty to duty, successful studies and honest service for the good of the Motherland!17_01_117_01_217_01_3
