Exchange of experience - development of the reform

The staff of the Kostanay Academy took part online in a seminar on the introduction of alternative measures to imprisonment and the promotion of reform in the penitentiary system of Turkmenistan, organized by the headquarters of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the OSCE. The information provided by the Kostanay Academy, as an exchange of experience, has become very useful for determining the key stages in the development of professional training of penitentiary officers of the Republic of Turkmenistan.
