A two-day training seminar has started

A two-day training seminar on interpersonal communication skills organized by UNODC has started at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the training is to provide employees of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and penitentiary institutions with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for the effective application of dynamic security strategies. The training was attended by international experts and specialists in the field of penitentiary services. The seminar participants had a unique opportunity to explore modern approaches to communication, conflict management and building trusting relationships, which is especially important in their professional activities.
