A unique seminar

A unique seminar on teaching the use of sign language in professional activities was held at the Kostanay Academy for patrol police officers. The event is aimed at improving interaction with citizens with hearing impairments and improving the level of service to the general population. The participants learned basic gestures that can be useful in the performance of official duties, as well as practiced communication skills using gestures in typical situations that they face on a daily basis. At the end of the seminar, all employees were awarded certificates.
