Meeting with the Chairman of the Council of Mentors

The Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted a meeting of the Chairman of the Council of Mentors with veterans, management, staff and cadets of the university.  

During the event, plans and main activities for 2025 were identified. The Chairman of the Council of Veterans, retired Police Colonel Gaida Zhandarbekova, made a report on the work done.

As the chairman of the Council of Mentors, Deputy Head of the Academy, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Auzhanov, noted, mentoring is the most convenient and effective way to transfer knowledge and skills from an experienced and knowledgeable representative of the older generation to young cadets. With the help of mentors, young cadets develop certain life values and positive attitudes.

Retired police Colonel Aidarbek Akilbekov, retired police Colonel Mikhail Bonk, and retired police Lieutenant Colonel Bakhytgul Sultanova, who stood at the origins of the Kostanay Academy, addressed the staff and students with parting words and wishes for the coming year.
