Annual V Meeting of excellent students

The annual V Meeting of Excellent Students was held, which has become traditional at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The guests of this event were excellent graduates, who were awarded the first officer shoulder straps by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the Minister of Internal Affairs. The acting head of the Academy, Police Lieutenant Colonel Seilkhan Zholdaskaliev, addressed the participants of the Rally with a welcoming speech. He wished the excellent students to always be the best and high achievements in their future profession. He expressed confidence that the excellent cadets will become true professionals in their field, able to generate new knowledge and ideas, make innovative transformations, and make our country successful and prosperous. The most pleasant part of the Meeting is the award ceremony for excellent students. The 2nd year cadets, who throughout the first year of study showed excellent academic results, proved themselves in scientific, sports, in general, in the public life of the Academy. Every sitting cadet had a great desire to be in the place of the awarded excellent students in the next academic year.
