Plan of main events for the anniversary dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev

Time spending:

from January 1, 2016, all events held at the Academy must be timed to coincide with the anniversary of the educational institution (round tables, quizzes, articles, conferences, curatorial hours, banners, logos) ...

September 22 – check-in, accommodation of guests, September 23 – holding an international scientific conference, presentation of a video film;

September 24 – ceremonial formation, presentation of awards, taking the Oath, large gala concert dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the Academy

September 24, 25 – departure of guests.

All events receive wide coverage in the media, on the Academy’s website and special departmental publications and booklets.

Preparatory work is carried out from the moment of signing this Plan (Appendix - Preparation Plan for the Academy's anniversary).

The main thematic areas of the celebration of the 45th anniversary of the Academy  

From February 1 to September 20, they are held under the slogan “Academy of Cleanliness and Order.” Here, under the auspices of the anniversary celebration, activities are planned to improve and clean the Academy, the area around the educational institution, as well as the territory adjacent to the Academy. On May 1, the “Let’s Green the Academy!” campaign begins. All cadets and staff of the Academy take part in the events (responsible Temirgaliev N.Zh., Aitkulov K.Zh.)

From March 1 to September 20, they are held under the slogan “Academy of Care”. During this period, charity events are held aimed at supporting socially vulnerable segments of the population - meetings with veterans, visits to their place of residence, visits to orphanages, the Dolphin orphanage with concerts, etc.). (responsible: Kappasov E.T., Kurmangalieva B.Kh., Zyubanova T.N., heads of departments)

From March 1 to September 20, they are held under the auspices of the “Creative Academy” . The thematic agenda of these days includes the holding of creative competitions - “Student Spring 2016”, concert programs, competitions of readers, creative works, exhibitions, expositions, etc. with the participation of cadets, listeners, pupils and students of secondary educational institutions and universities of the city (responsible: Kappasov E. T..Kurmangalieva B.Kh., heads of departments)

From January 1 to September 20, they are held under the auspices of the Sports Academy . These days the Academic Spartakiad is held, which includes tournaments for the Academy Cup in mini-football, pneumatic shooting, tennis, volleyball, etc. Cadets, students and teachers of departmental educational institutions are invited to participate in the sports competition (responsible: Kappasov D.S., Isergepov K.N., Smetanovsky A.Yu., heads of departments)

From February 1 to September 20, under the auspices of the “Scientific Academy” , scientific and practical conferences, preparation and publication of books and monographs, seminars, series of lectures on the role of the Academy, “Shrakbaev” readings, round tables with the participation of leading domestic and foreign experts in the field of law are held , Olympiads among students of departmental educational institutions (responsible: Seitzhanov O.T., Tabuldenov A.N., Kuldinova S.K., heads of departments)

September 22-23:

— Meeting and accommodation of guests (responsible heads of departments)

23 September:

— holding an International scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the Academy “Academy: history, development, prospects”, venue: house of culture “Miras”,

Before the start of the conference there is a presentation of a film about the history of the development and formation of the Academy, the successes and achievements of its graduates 10.00-13.00.

— lunch 13.00-14.30 h.

- Review-competition of drill songs (responsible: Aitkulov K.Zh.) - at 15.00 on the Academy parade ground

— holding round tables, meetings of departments with guests — 16.00 h.

September 24:

— Formal formation dedicated to the anniversary of the Academy, presentation of certificates of encouragement, insignia, etc. on the parade ground with the participation of representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Internal Affairs of the region, akimats of the region, city (responsible. Kappasov E.T., Aitkulov K.Zh.) 10.30 h .

— Ceremony dedicated to taking the Oath (responsible: Kappasov E.T., Aitkulov K.Zh.) 11.00 a.m.
