On January 30 of this year, the Kostanay Region Police Department held a "Job Fair" at the Miras Palace of Culture. The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, Police Colonel Akhan Nurushev and head of the Department of Educational and personnel work, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Auzhanov. Akhan Nurushev spoke to graduates of educational institutions in Kostanay. He spoke about the rules and conditions of admission to Kostanay Academy, the priorities of studying at the Academy and answered questions. The job fair was held in order to organize career guidance, attract young people to the ranks of law enforcement officers. During the event, videos were shown about each departmental educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as heroically killed employees during their service. An interesting moment of the Job Fair was a demonstration concert staged by employees of the Kostanay region Police Department. The concert was also attended by a 1st year cadet of the Kostanay Academy Dosbol Smilov, who talked about studying at the university and played the dombra kui.
