The Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev held a solemn presentation of diplomas to graduates of a shortened form of education using distance learning technologies of the Faculty of vocational training on the basis of higher non-legal education. The event began with a welcoming speech by the acting head of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, Police Colonel Akhan Nurushev. He congratulated the graduates on a significant event, wished them success and further career growth. Expressing gratitude to the teaching staff for the work done in the training of professional personnel, he presented the graduates with diplomas awarding the degree of "Bachelor of National Security and Military Affairs".
