A webinar on the topic was held on the basis of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai: "Legal issues related to the chipping of certain categories of citizens", which was conducted within the framework of grant funding for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects for 2023-2025 by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Malik Mukanov, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Head of the Department of Penal Enforcement Law of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev, took part in it with a report: "The Institute of chipping as one of the means of countering offenses."
