The senior teacher-methodologist of the Center for the Training of Probation Service Specialists, Police Major E. Zhunusova, together with the inspector-psychologist of the Department for Educational and Personnel Work of the Police Department of the Ulytau region, Police Major M. Amirkhanova, conducted a lesson on advanced training courses for probation service employees, where a critical and relevant topic was discussed – emotional burnout. During the lesson, the problems faced by probation officers were highlighted and strategies for overcoming them were proposed. The joint efforts of teachers and practitioners can help probation officers learn how to overcome stress and maintain their professional combat capability in difficult working conditions.
