Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Police Major General Aidar Saitbekov introduced the new head of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev. In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by order of the Minister, Police Major General, Candidate of Law Akynkali Darmenov was appointed to the post of head of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He began his service in the internal affairs bodies in 1999, in different years he headed the Department of Organization of Departmental Education of the Department of Personnel Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the last 5 years Akynkali Darmenov headed the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov.
