On the eve of the Day of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an award ceremony was held at Zhastar Sarayy for the winners of the regional Patriots Forum, which honored organizations that actively participated in the fight against the spring flood. The solemn event was opened by Akim of Kostanay Marat Zhundubayev with a welcoming speech. He expressed his gratitude to all those who extended a helping hand at a difficult moment. Among the winners of the Patriots Forum, the well-deserved award on behalf of the residents of Kostanay was presented to the staff of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev.
