Associate Professor of the Department of Penal Enforcement Law, Police Lieutenant Colonel M.S. Tuiganov donated 8 publications (3 titles) to the Academy library fund: two methodological recommendations and one textbook. The works are devoted to the topic of deradicalization of those convicted of extremist and terrorist crimes in institutions of the penal system, as well as their rehabilitation and reintegration.

The publications are intended for teachers, cadets, undergraduates and doctoral students, as well as for practitioners of the penal correction system.

- "Methodological recommendations on the re-socialization of those convicted of extremist and terrorist crimes in institutions of the penal system" were prepared by M.S. Tuiganov, A.Z. Amanbaev, D.E. Abenov, S.R. Kurbanov. The responsible editor is M.S. Tuiganov.

- "Methodological recommendations for subjects of deradicalization convicted of extremist and terrorist crimes." Author: M.S. Tuiganov.

- The textbook "Social and humanitarian education in the deradicalization of those convicted of extremist and terrorist crimes" was prepared by a team of authors M.S. Tuiganov, K.E. Myrzakhmet, D.E. Abenov. The responsible editor is M.S. Tuiganov.
