The contest "I have a right" was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 45th anniversary of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev. The game was held in order to raise the legal culture of cadets; to increase their interest in knowing their rights; to respect the law,protect and educate their rights. Three teams took part in the competition: "KAZH", "lawyer" and "Zhorga". At different times, the teams answered questions related to the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the history of the formation and development of the state. The judge will give you a reward. We will be told, Who is the artist, who is the strongest? -familiarization with the jury: Senior Lecturer of the Department of social and humanitarian disciplines, police captain Alpeisov B. B., senior lecturer of the Department of state and legal disciplines, police captain Zhakupova S., teacher of the Department of Criminal Procedure and criminalistics, Police Major E. Akimzhanov. The competition consisted of 4 stages:

• selection
• find the continuation
• word master

at the"selection" stage, each team scores points for itself by answering 3 questions. " continue " will continue the given sentence. " word master " at the time, the teams found the word hidden by the concepts and gave the definition. "recognize faces" at this stage, the contestants recognize faces according to the specified image and the given definition and write on the given sheet. At the end of the game, the jury awarded the cadets with a diploma of the I level, a diploma of the II level "UIs", a Diploma of the III level "lawyer".
