A solemn event took place

On the eve of the Day of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev hosted a solemn oath-taking by young employees and the presentation of regular titles. The event was attended by retired police Colonel Vyacheslav Pryakhin, who has devoted more than 20 years to the training and education of young employees for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Vyacheslav Alekseevich is a veteran of the Afghan war. After the ceremony, he met with the 1st year cadets of the Faculty of Vocational Training at a lesson of courage to talk about the years spent in Afghanistan, the courage of young men who performed their international duty, and loyalty to the oath.
