Initial vocational training
Initial professional training courses are an important and effective link in the training system for internal affairs bodies, carried out in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Those wishing to take part in the selection submit the following documents to the personnel services of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, state institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its departments:
 

• an application indicating an individual identification number, in any form;
• the candidate’s consent to the collection and processing of his personal data;
• questionnaire;
• a completed personal personnel registration form;
• a completed, detailed autobiography, handwritten or printed;
• copies of education documents, certified by a notary;
• copies of documents confirming work activity (if any), certified by a notary;
• a copy of the military ID or registration certificate for the recruiting station (if available), certified by a notary;
• characteristics from the last place of work (study) or military unit where the candidate served;
• a copy of the identity document of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• additional information regarding their education, work experience and professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, assignment of scientific (academic) degrees and knowledge, documents confirming sports achievements, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications and others) (if available);
• certificates confirming the submission of a declaration of income and property for yourself and your spouse (a) in two copies.
• certificate of medical and psychophysiological examination at the VVK;
• a polygraph examination certificate from the relevant department of the internal affairs department.

Persons entering the internal affairs department for the first time undergo initial professional training to accelerate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, abilities and standards of behavior necessary to perform official duties for a specific position. The educational process is structured according to the educational program with complete immersion in the taught disciplines, where each section is an integral part of the training of future employees.

Professional training

The duration of training for initial professional training courses for persons entering the internal affairs department for the first time for positions of middle, private and junior commanding officers is 2 months.

The student of initial professional training must have with him:

 

• identification;
• uniform in camouflage colors according to the season: summer - cap, jacket, trousers, camouflage T-shirt and black high-top boots; winter - a jacket, trousers or overalls insulated in camouflage colors, as well as a knitted wool hat and insulated high-top boots in black;
• sportswear and shoes;
• personal hygiene items;
• writing instruments.

Students are provided with food and accommodation at the expense of budget funds.

After successfully completing the training, the student is appointed to a position within one month and is given a special title and is included in the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The duration of training in initial professional training courses is counted towards the length of service in the internal affairs department of the Republic of Kazakhstan (length of service)
